Join others for a weekly meditation exploration. You will learn more about mindfulness and meditation followed by a 15-20 minute meditation. Each week, we will explore a different type of meditation on a rotating schedule. Register for individual weeks ($10), 3 sessions ($25), or 6 sessions ($45).
